Lavell Lewis — Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Lavell Lewis brings more than two decades of leadership across the energy, renewables, business, and technology sectors. As an Energy & Infrastructure Program Leader, he has directed data center and utility power-delivery programs spanning interconnection, MW/MVA capacity planning, and capital portfolios exceeding $500 million in CapEx.
His career includes senior program leadership at Southern Company, one of the largest U.S. utility holding companies. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (University of West Florida) and an MBA, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and is pursuing a Claude AI Skills Certification. As CEO, he sets the firm’s strategic direction and leads client engagements end to end.
Tamara Harrison — Chief Consulting Officer
Tamara Harrison is a senior labor and employee-relations professional with more than 20 years inside a major, safety-critical, heavily unionized airline. She leads high-stakes collective-bargaining preparation and owns the full contract lifecycle — from drafting through execution and ongoing governance — translating complex agreements into clear, compliant operational guidance.
A trusted partner to C-suite and VP leadership, she pairs deep contract fluency with formal project-management discipline, and is recognized for accuracy, discretion, and turning high-pressure negotiations into organized, executive-ready processes. As Chief Consulting Officer, she brings that governance rigor to every engagement — ensuring commitments, and the funds behind them, are documented, controlled, and reliably delivered.
